I. Identity and address of the data controller

TERROS INVESTMENT FUND LLC (hereinafter "Terros"), located at 2 S. Biscayne Boulevard Ste 3200 #4796 Miami, Florida, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with this notice.

II. Personal data collected

Terros may collect the following personal data through its mobile application, website, and other digital or physical means:

• Identification data: full name, address, email, phone number, CURP, RFC, EIN, date of birth.

• Financial and asset data: bank account information, payment history, purchase agreements, official IDs.

• Geolocation data and navigation behavior within the app.

•  Documents and images necessary to verify identity or sign contracts (INE, proof of address, electronic signature).

 

Sensitive data: Terros does not collect sensitive personal data unless it is expressly required by law or at the user's request and with written consent.

III. Purpose of data processing

a) Primary purposes (do not require additional consent):

​

• Verify your identity and authenticate data to comply with legal and contractual obligations.

• Process investment requests in land plots, co-investment, and monthly installment purchases.

• Manage your user account, investment history, and legal documentation.

• Comply with legal obligations regarding tax , financial regulation, anti-money laundering, and KYC/AML.

• Use third-par ty technology services necessary for the operation of the app.

b) Secondary purposes (require your consent):

• Sending promotions, newsletters, and personalized recommendations.

• Internal market research, statistical analysis, and satisfaction surveys.

• Personalized advertising and retargeting within or outside the app.

If you do not wish your data to be used for secondary purposes, you may opt out in the “Privacy Settings” section of your profile or by emailing hello@terros.mx .

IV. Data transfers

Terros may transfer your data to the following entities under the circumstances allowed by law:

• Companies within the same corporate group for operational purposes.

• Technology and financial service providers operating under equivalent internal policies.

• Competent national or international authorities when required by law, cour t order, or resolution.

No additional data transfers will be made without your prior consent, except as established in Ar ticle 36 of the Law.

V. ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please send a request to: hello@terros.mx including:

• Full name and contact method.

• Copy of an official ID.

• Clear description of the right you wish to exercise.

Terros will respond within 20 business days in accordance with the Law.​

VI. Changes to this privacy notice

This notice may be modified at any time to comply with legislative updates, operational changes, or new purposes. Modifications will be communicated through the app and via e-mail.

 

This notice is governed by the “Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Par ticulares” (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Par ties), published in the Official Gazette of the Mexican Federation on March 20, 2025.

Terros implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or misuse.
